How we work

What happens to your request, and how the guides are written.

Free, no obligation. One local screeding contractor prices it, not five.

What we do with your request

We pass it to one screeding contractor who covers your county. One contractor, not a list. They ring you, ask about the floor, the heating and your dates, and give you a written price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

How the guides are written

Depths, drying, bay sizes and moisture limits follow BS 8204, I.S. EN 13813 and what the liquid screeds on the Irish market need.
Prices are in euro and say whether VAT is in.
Where we've worked something out ourselves (depths with a 16 mm pipe, days by depth, the heating cycle by day) we say so.
Local figures come from the CSO, the Census, the EPA and Met Éireann.

What we never do

We never post reviews, ratings or customer numbers that aren't real, and we never show a photo as a job when it isn't one.
